In 2017 we started to list our shares, and since then we have grown from four founders of the company to more than 800 shareholders. If you own at least one of AS MADARA Cosmetics shares, you are a co-owner of the company.
The status gives you exclusive ownership in the company and the opportunity to actively participate in all processes, as well as special privileges when buying the company’s products. Moreover – this is a chance to meet like-minded people and share ideas, keep the finger on the pulse of the industry and shape our company in a way we wish to see it.

NB! Only private individuals and legal entities to whose name AS MADARA Cosmetics shares are registered can register for the shareholders’ club. To confirm participation in the shareholders’ club we retain the right to request a printout of the securities account.
The list of the program participants is renewed twice a year. Participation in the program is suspended for those participants whose amount of the owned shares has decreased since the last list renewal and does not correspond to the amount stated in the regulations.
It is simple. Remember – if you have a bank account, 90% of the job is done. All you have to do is open your securities account. If you already have a securities account, you have the opportunity to buy the shares – some banks offer the possibility to carry out securities transactions via the internet bank.
